Terms of Business

Our Terms of Business

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is the independent body that oversees and regulates financial services within the UK. The following important information is provided to individuals considering acquiring specific financial products and warrants your careful attention. It outlines the nature of the service we are offering and how our services are remunerated.

Whose products do we make available?

Evogo Asset Finance acts as an independent credit Intermediary. We collaborate with a diverse panel of reputable asset lenders to present you with a range of competitive finance options. A comprehensive list of the asset finance providers we work with is available upon request. It’s important to be aware that there are other lenders operating in the market that are not part of our panel, and we encourage you to explore alternative sources of credit to ensure you find the most suitable option for your needs.

What service will we provide to you?

To help you identify suitable finance products, we will ask you relevant questions to understand your requirements and narrow down the available options. We will then explain the key features of the products we present, enabling you to make an informed decision on how to proceed. Please do not hesitate to ask us for clarification at any point if anything is unclear. However, it’s important to note that we will not provide you with financial advice or a specific recommendation.

We strongly advise you to thoroughly read the terms and conditions of any finance agreement before entering into it. If any aspect of the terms and conditions is unclear to you, we recommend seeking independent legal advice.

Please be aware that we are unable to proceed with an introduction to a lender unless we are satisfied that you fully understand the terms and conditions of the finance you are applying for. This measure is in place to protect both you and ourselves.

What will you pay us for our services?

No direct fee is payable to Evogo Asset Finance for our broking services.

The cost of funds applicable to your finance agreement is typically influenced by factors such as the age of the asset and the amount you wish to borrow. These factors can also affect the commission we receive from the lender for facilitating the agreement.

We work with a panel of lenders, and the commission rates paid by these lenders may vary.

Prior to progressing with an approved application you be will required to approve and sign a commission disclosure disclaimer that will outline how much commission EAF will receive for our services in facilitating this financial introduction. Should you decline to sign this disclaimer we will be unable to continue with your agreement.

By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that we will receive commission from the lender for introducing you to them, and you have no objection to us receiving this remuneration.

If your details were initially provided to us by one of our approved introducers, they may also receive a portion of the commission we receive from the lender. Please note that we are not affiliated or linked in any ownership capacity with any of the lenders on our panel.

For finance products regulated by the FCA, you will receive Pre Contract Credit Information either upon request or before entering into any contractual agreement. This document will detail any additional fees associated with the specific product.
