With over 25 years in the motor and finance industry, including helping to build the UK’s largest motor finance brokerage, I combine proven expertise with a lifelong passion for cars, travel, and creating unique automotive experiences.

Happily married to Laura, proud parent of a 15-year-old daughter, and passionate about life with three dogs.

In 2000, together with another founding director of Evogo Asset Finance and I set the Guinness World Record for the fastest circumnavigation of the world by car. As you can see in the images, Prince Philip even waved us off at Buckingham Palace in our “Metro Cab”. The record still stands today : 19 days, 10 hours, and 10 minutes.

When I’m not busy setting world records, I also run a separate business called Screwball Rally.

We’ve had almost every car or theme you can imagine on the rally, including big pigs, fire engines, pirate ships, Baywatch babes, the Mystery Machine, Noddy and Big Ears, Ghostbusters, clowns, Noah’s Ark, superheroes, Mario Kart, Mexican wrestlers, minions, the Dukes of Hazzard, Batman and NOT Robin, Captain Birdseye, Luke and Obi-Wan, Stormtroopers, police, Smokey and the Bandit, Thunderbirds, ABBA, The A Team, a Yellow Submarine/Beatles car, and the Italian Job bus.

It’s a yearly event where about 100 cars take a five day tour of Europe, covering roughly 1,700 miles and raising money for various charities. To date, we’ve raised over £1.42 million in total!
